The Three Step Process
We’ll start the process with casual conversation and a rational appraisal of your existing property. We discuss the current & potential value, and look at the opportunity for what you can achieve. We will work with you to maximise your ‘wish list’, keeping it in line with not only the budget, but maximising the equity in your investment.
Whether this project outcome is one brand new custom home for your family, or a duplex/investment project where you keep one and sell/rent the other, it’s important to bring an experienced approach as this can impact greatly on the design we create with you.
After discussing your ‘wish list’, we put these ideas on paper and present you with your very own set of custom plans. If you already have plans and drawings, even better. We have a quick strategy session and jump straight to Step 2 – The Numbers!
This is the step where we have our in-house Estimator run the numbers. Our quotes are a little different to others, we calculate and cost every square centimetre of your plans, and will determine site costs, quantities, materials, labour, THE LOT! Everything that is required to build your home from the site toilet out the front, to the clothesline out the back. We will know our numbers and you will know yours too! We work with you throughout this Design & Quote process to include what’s important to you, and to spend your hard earned money where it counts.
The Fun Part! If you thought the designing and planning was fun, this stage is our personal favourite. Demolition! We remove the old and worn, and make way for the new. We are clearing and levelling the site, installing the temporary fencing, and the heavy machinery is on site.
Throughout the pre-construction and construction process, our team works with you closely; from our Interior Designer, to your personal Site Supervisor. We have an open communication policy, and you have access to the whole team for any questions and queries throughout construction, to completion and beyond.
